They withhold pay

This agency will not respond quickly or at all when you have issues.I’ve had to beg to be paid on time twice.They don’t guarantee shifts or hours or contract and they will not tell you the truth about what is expected until after you are working.

Do not offer enough shifts

Do not offer enough shifts to their workers. Management only contacts you when they desperately need you, no promised shifts. Leaves workers feeling used.
