It's a good place to work if you're use to staying on your toes constantly and not affraid to work. Overall great people to work with, children were fun to hang out with on a daily basis

Fun workplace

Worked here for a little over a year and I cannot recommend it enough! It’s a great environment with great kids! Hours are super convenient and management is there when you need them

A frustrating work environment

Couldn't find any Pros: Working 8 hours and 15 mins with only a half-hour break is unacceptable, some employees work 8.5 hours or even 9 hours with a 45 mins lunch break; Deafening relaxing music prevents children from napping and can even drown out cries; Always using negative punishment instead of positive guidance to children; Poor outdoor play area; Activities' photos are superficial.

Terrible management

It’s extremely toxic, management only cares about making money, the place is a joke looks so high and mighty from the outside but is absolutely toxic and a terrible work environment

A Great Place To Work With Friendly Staff

This job can be challenging as any job with young children can be. The perks of working with children is hearing their silly stories and creating a bond with the kids. On a typical day I would do bathrooms/diapers, run circle time, take children outside for play, supervise inside play, and administer snacks and lunch. This job requires the ability to multi task and an incredible amount of patience. I have really enjoyed working here as the management is very understanding and flexible in order to work around your schedule such such as appointments or school. Overall, a great place to work if you have a passion for working with kids.

Pros

making bonds with children

Cons

behavioural children
