Hostess (Current Employee) –  Burlington, ON25 May 2018
I love working here! It is a very fast paced and interesting work environment! My co-workers and managers are very kind and understanding people who make working there fun! I have learned a lot about the restaurant industry and about the workplace cultures of kitchen workers. I enjoy the customers that come in as well, as I have met many people who further make my experience at Tin Cup enjoyable and unique!

Productive, good place to work
Cook (Current Employee) –  Brantford, ON13 April 2015
The day starts out setting up the lines, soup stations, preparing for daily feature lunch menu, and staring the prep list for the day. The management are nice on a good days but if they are stressed some tend to get very rude and yell at you. Co-workers are easy to get along with. I would have to say not getting a legal break on a shift. A free meal is the plus to the job.
Pros
free meals
Cons
you don't get a real break.

While it was hard work it was a good workplace environment and I was able to have fun with my co-workers.
Dishwasher/Kitchen Help (Former Employee) –  Burlington, ON19 November 2013
The people I worked with with always fun to be around even when things would get busy in the restaurant and it wouldn't be the easiest night everyone could be counted on to work their hardest. A typical day at work would require me to do a lot of food prep, washing dishes and cleaning the floors and the kitchen area at closing time. I learned how to be patient and give my all on the job.
Pros
Would get free meals.
Cons
The hours usuaully lasted about 8 or 9 hours a day.
