To Fire everyone is not an easy thing just put them back for education so they will learn what their missing. Then fired them if they didn’t follow how to lead people not slavery.

About a month. I went through a prescreening by a hiring agency, then a phone interview and an in person interview. Then a background check and then if all goes well you will have a offer of employment presented to you.
