Stressful
It is a stressful, fast paced. Pressure from managers until you get the hang of things. Everybody is trying to meet target times and be as efficient as possible.

Good place to work at.

Friendly staff,but too much work load
I was working for Tim Hortons as a baker on weekends. The work was too much to handle coz of the limitations and production. I was not allowed to bake the required amount but less than that. this would make the work take more time and harder because of going inside the freezer and fridge like so many times.
