Tim Hortons Employee Review

Training needs to improve

Training really needs to improve, greatly. I didn’t have a trainer and I spent most of my training by getting in trouble for things. Management is not very approachable. Very cliquish. Most of the staff are nice but management needs to improve.

non productive management

A typical day at work for me was feeling like poo throughout my whole shifts due to the management speaking poorly to me and others. They take their frustration out on employees and seem to have no organization with scheduling. they can not work around mental illnesses or physical disabilities. the company is too big to care about their employees.

Pros

Free lunches

Cons

overworked
