1. The duties of a Team Member are very flexible. Depending on where the manager places them, they could be doing a different thing each day, but if you excel in one skill you might be stuck there for a good chunk of your time there. (example: if you are fast at making coffee they might stick you in drive-thru making coffees)
2. Afternoon Counter usually sticks in the front and takes orders of customers
Team member responsible for speed of service and food and drink preparation. Afternoon counter is responsible or all these duties as well as nightly cleaning.
Team member is a employed staff who is working in Tim hortons and either can be drive thru order taker, front counter or baker while afternoon counter focus only on a store front during afternoon shift.

1. Move around to all positions in the front and serve customers in one way or another for 4-8 hours
2. working just on the in store customers 4-8 hours
Right after school is usually very busy for the first 1/2 hr-1 hr but then it slows down for the counter to be clean and kept clean properly.
