Yes, there is sometimes a part-time early morning baker shift (like from 6 am to 8 am). The bakers have to prepare the snacks (such as donuts, cookies, and bagels) early so everyone else in the team can get ahead start on the day. I heard at bigger locations that they have to be earlier than 6 a.m.
