I would say no, unless it is done tastefully.
Any hair colour is fine as long as you are good at your job

You should definitely ask your management if that's okay with them before dying your hair. I once had my nails done with a transparent gel nail polish and my manager told me that Tim Horton's policies prohibit having any polish on your nails and I had to remove it.
