We usually hire in Spring, around late March all the way through April (that's when all of the college students are leaving classes looking for work) and thats how I got into Tim Hortons. If you get an interview and you are hired, it usually takes a week of shifts to see if you are good at your job or not. You have to be able to learn very quickly on the job at Tim Hortons, but you will also have a great supportive staff to help you along the way.
