change ur management and pay fairly
Answered 3 October 2018
Pay employees a living wage and full time hours, introduce bonuses and benefits. Staff the stores properly, expecting 3 staff members tend to customers and actually keep the store cleaned and stocked is unrealistic. FIRE any manager/supervisor who says "if you have time to lean you have time to clean" after a huge rush (which they watched from camera in office but didnt comeout to help) trying to do the job of 7 employees with only 3 people on staff employees should be allowed to actually catch their breath and lean for a moment before the next wave of customers and chores.
