Totally toxic and everyone hates each other on the management side. The part time teams are very separated by the departments they work for and hate any other department.
What would you suggest Thrifty Foods management do to prevent others from leaving?
Give the good, reliable, and trustworthy employees the hours they deserve. I understand that there's many employees, but I'm sure if they tried they'd be able to give 40 a week in certain departments.
How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at Thrifty Foods? What are the steps along the way?
Depending on the position it doesnt take long to get hired and you have to take some courses but its for your own safety as we handle food
