Find a good manager
Written by Seafood Manager (Former Employee) from Victoria, BC on 27 October 2018
The system is a bit of a joke, find a good manager and work hard though and you'll be good. They take advantage of there employees, don't be a pushover, they expect and want you to argue with them.
