Awful management, great staff, unknown job expectiations

Almost no training for my first time in the field, management is all family so it is very difficult for the owner to be fair with dealing with poor management..
While everyone was smiley and looked to be having a good time all the time, everything seemed so faked, so forced. After a while it was really uncomfortable to be around, and you can tell some of the members could see through the acting too.
The team of receptionists and instructors is full of hard-working, friendly people. Management is what to watch out for.
You end up having to do a lot more things than your description says as well. No matter your position, you will be taking care of children from the ages 5 and up, so don't apply if you don't enjoy being around young children.
Flexible hours, studio doesn't open until 2, decent wages, lovely staff
