Fellow colleagues within the store are family. DM and anyone above that see you as a number and don't care about you. Instead of offering solutions to increase sales, they blame front line staff.
Friendly except the District Manager
Poor. Unless you have a fantastic store manager and the District Manager isn’t checking up on you daily then you know you can enjoy your work with the best team and flexible hours. But if the DM is around your flexible hours have become concrete hours as she now does scheduling and is constantly pushing that you work on squeezing money from customers.
Its a professionally casual and easy to pick up. Its a very welcoming atmosphere
