TK has a detailed interview process, it starts out with 2 assessments (Predictive Index and the Predictive Learning Indicator) these allow TK to help determine fit for culture and job role. It is a science-based methodology allows TK to understand what drives workplace behaviors so that we can ensure alignment, drive our team's success, and achieve our business objectives faster than we ever thought possible. Once this has been completed and the results are deemed congruent with TK core values and job function, we complete an initial phone screen, to ask basic general questions to further determine fit, if successful , then a two part interview process in initiated 1) with the Manager and 2) with the candidates co-workers. This allows everyone who will be working with the candidate to be part of the hiring process, as we take a team based approach to new hires as we need to work as a team. This seems like a more intense system for hiring but it highly increases the success of the candidate in the role and within the companies core values and culture.
