Great place to get the job experience and that’s all about it. Work environment is not great, since very few people are happy in their position.Shift hours and shift rotation. Schedule not released until last minute, so very difficult to make personal plans on the weekend.People are nice to work with.

This company focus on CDMO and give people chance to learn something new, but work is really stressful and there is nightshift, so work is not easy and hard to work that long.

Productive but not fun at all

It is very difficult working within the company, if you are not from same cultures of the management. Does not matter how hard you work or dedicated you are. Wasting time and dignity. Management lacks professionalism. From HR to management, everyone seems to only support staff that are of the same cultural background. If you don’t identify with a certain group, then upward mobility in the company is next to impossible.
