Themesoft is normally contracted by other companies and mainly does per hour contracting jobs. There was little room for advancement and no pay upgrades past the first one. only place to go was to become an employee for the other company.

Themesoft is a very unorganized company. I was paid about 1/7 of what the contract paid to this company. they shared my salary with another sister company as well. Paperwork was never complete correctly and response time was horrible for corrections and questions regarding my pay and employment. Very hard to connect with resources. Pay frequency is confusing and unconventional. Sometimes I didn't get paid for 3 weeks. I believe this is a small company or just starting up. This is the perception their organization gives off.
