It's a job.

Left before they unionized so I can't really say what it's like now. Fair enough pay, management needed work. Morale was low among healthcare aids. Loved the residents though.

It is a nice place to work, a friendly environment and coworkers, but the start pay is small as to compare the job you are employed to do.

A friendly environment to work,good team bonding, but the start salary is not compatible with the job you are expected to do, if the salary is increased then it would be one of the best place to work.

Good place for students to work

I really enjoyed my time at The Wellington, despite all of it occurring during the COVID-19 pandemic. I worked at the screening table and was able to interact with staff, residents, and visitors. Working during the pandemic meant emotions sometimes ran high, and there were a few times when visitors, residents, and staff would get frustrated with the changing requirements and complain to the RSAs. ...

Good pay but no communication

Management has zero communication with staff The psws always seem the look down on housekeeping And all have there owe cliques In the spring/summer/fall it is extremely hot, and there is no water provided (besides tap water from 30 year old taps) Also don’t being anything of value, the housekeeps will steal
