Brand New Restaurant with a Wonderful Location

Inherited a 2-week-old restaurant from a first-time kitchen manager, whom had chosen to step down from his position.
Owner was looking for a Certified Chef to bring structure to the daily kitchen operations and execute a 100% menu change; as no one in the company had experience opening, or managing a high-functioning kitchen.
While I was there I; sourced, costed, and executed a brand new menu, built relationships with multiple suppliers, implemented a balanced schedule, created a standardized recipe book, trained/apprenticed aspiring cooks, and introduced templates for groceries, wastage, cleaning, temperature logs,etc.
Unfortunately, due to a growing difference of opinion, in what was required to run an efficient and profitable kitchen, I inevitably decided to part ways with the company.
