Unorganized, unprofessional and no integrity.

As promising as The Spa at 61 Elm sounds after my first interview with the Spa owner, it turned out to be a huge waste of my time, skills and money. Honestly I wouldn't even recommend it as a place to get your foot in the door to students or recent graduates. There's no clientele and the little aesthetic clients that come in are automatically given to the spa owner, not shared evenly. Total lack of professionalism, the receptionist is absolutely intolerable and turns clients off (we have had multiple, multiple complaints that clients will only book online to avoid speaking with her). All in all, a huge waste of 6-7 months, I deeply regret it.
