Great experience for recent grads, not much room for advancement
Compensation is fair, I started as a recent grad and worked my way through the company in various roles. They do promote from within so that’s a plus. Had a great time working there, and really enjoyed the free stuff! Got monotonous after a while but you could definitely continue there and still make a decent living.

Easy paced work. Team support.
One needs lots of knowledge on the technology, tech solutions as well as smooth selling mindset . Good learning and training culture. Job stability is basis performance. Overall good company to work with.

Great balancing, fun!
I had a good time working at The Source, connecting with customers and finding the right way to position sales was fun and my coworkers a boss were easy to get along with as well! I would work here again 100%!

for anyone who needs felxable hours and good pay
Starting with the bad is going to be management at times they can be fairly toxic and overall annoying but thankfully its 1 of 10 managers that are like that.the good is everything else and it mostly comes down to commission although sometimes it isnt consistant of course you can have weeks where you make an extra grand just by selling a bunch of bell bundles. Due to commission it makes life a lot more affordable and of course you get a tech discount which is always fun to have. The people are overall good although you will be competing with them every step of the way for the commission sales and you will definitely have some people butt in and try to take a phone/internet sale for themselves. If you are trying to move up in the company I wouldnt expect anything this job thrives off of broke students and commission to keep you happy.

Interview questions

Situational questions. “What would you do if”

Shared on 22 July 2020

Simple lifestyle questions, and sometimes they would give me scenarios with customers and have me identify what should be done next (i.e. if you have an irate customer, or if we didn't have a product a customer was in search of).

Shared on 14 May 2018

Formal structured interview with situational based questions. Be prepared to have specific examples "of a time when you handled a difficult..." etc....
