Easy, not much of interview
Not bad make the interviewer made you feel comfortable
Just one simple interview with the Captain or Major of the Salvation Army.
They have a core council meeting to see if you are the right person for the job.then the officer talk to you and asked questions and if from there the officer desires if you get the job or not
There are interviews by the department management team, they call and let you know if you are a good selection, although it took a bit more time than usual for me, I had to wait for management change. Not sure what the process is now, there have been some changes.
