Absolute waste of time in Canada, great if you're in the US

If you will be working in Canada, STAY AWAY! Initially, management comes off as very engaged and supportive. When support is truly needed, they turn their backs and lack communication. From Sales Director to Vice President, nobody will respond to requests or return phone calls. Goals are set, if you have troubles meeting quota, they love to put blame on you without reason and have no explanation for doing so, also nothing helpful to contribute. Recruiters/HR are pleasant to deal with, but they make everything seem okay and blindside you without any cause. This has been a terrible experience.

Difficult place to thrive.

I managed a territory of clients and was responsible for pricing products, customer service and communication between different departments across Reynolds’ national footprint. I dealt with compliance finance forms and worked closely with the legal department to ensure our clients were made aware of all legal changes and updates. I worked closely with our graphic designers communicating custom changes for clients across the US.
