Reynolds & Reynolds is a company with a great research platform that really prepares you well for the market. It is a company that focuses heavily on preparation and knowing your client well before interacting with them. Management is very co-operative and work well as a team.
Lot of travelling
If you will be working in Canada, STAY AWAY! Initially, management comes off as very engaged and supportive. When support is truly needed, they turn their backs and lack communication. From Sales Director to Vice President, nobody will respond to requests or return phone calls. Goals are set, if you have troubles meeting quota, they love to put blame on you without reason and have no explanation for doing so, also nothing helpful to contribute. Recruiters/HR are pleasant to deal with, but they make everything seem okay and blindside you without any cause. This has been a terrible experience.

Micro Management, Regular emails on company policy changes failure to comply with changes will result in termination of employment. Your Supervisor will throw you under the bus to save his job. There were several occasions on where I had to tell my Supervisor how to do his job.If you read any 4 or 5 star positive reviews on here, it is from the Human Resources Department, providing fictitious reviews on what a great company it is to work for.Reality is low pay, treated like a child, no raises, no chance of promotion or change of position.
