The Bullying and gossiping is rampant at this company, they pitch a zero tolerance policy, office is driving this culture. HR managers past and present are laughable they determine and reprimand who they please, enjoy playing God if you’re injured on job, they determine your medical fate ignore your physician, promote leads with skilled positions, capable awards to known bullies , guarantee shifts to new workers never happens, seniority workers are all miserable talk bad about others and management all shift long. They hire ANYONE who walks through the door recruiters have no experience just handed the job hire the wrong people and turn a blind eye to feedback during probation ........again inexperienced HR people making decisions just to keep workers
They put money to hire some people for management, let them find the way to increase the production line's speed again and again. After all, most production worker got injured bodies, and the management's people may be terminated, but only the company got more profits
