The interview process is initially done by e-mail followed up by phone call and a video conference. Every Store Manager is flown the main office in Winnipeg for a face to face interview with district managers as part of the last phase of interviews.
Tips: Your resume including your skills and experience speak for you as a professional but if you want to highlight why you are a fit for the job, you will want to display your adaptability, self awareness, accountability, appreciation and your positive outlook on life especially if you are moving to a remote community where staying positive and dealing with adversity is part of your accountability.
