There are several stages of interviews starting by e-mail, phone. video conference and in some cases in person to make sure the opportunity is the right fit for the employer and for the candidate.

Our interview process starts with a phone call with a recruiter followed by a presentation that will showcase our communities and making sure you are as prepared as possible, and the last stage would be to meet with the hiring manager.

Our recruiters will inquire about your experience, your motivation to move to northern Canada and your adaptability to change and ability to work under stress. As you know a majority of the communities we serve are in remote parts of Canada which comes with its challenges from logistics to weather and isolation.
