Management of grocery department. I have been with the company for a long time. I feel that Senior employees are held to a higher standard. We keep getting smacked down with benchmark is 90cs/hr. The system is made for them. They say you can have a bad day but that’s a bull face lie. I can’t even go to the bathroom without the fear of my numbers dropping below the 90cph The longer you are with the company the more your job is in jeopardy. Rpts doesn’t get the same treatment. If you are starting out at Northwest you are fine. This place is not meant to be long term.
