Good company but needs a little improvement!

Some people can be kind and some don't. The warehouse needs a little improvement, especially the cable department. Really dusty place unlike any other warehouse I've ever been to. Some cables can be really really heavy and unfortunately they expect you to lift them all by yourself. Management do listen but don't understand enough what you might be going through. You're expendable

They won't tell ya if they have issues with you at work, will just terminate you without cause. I know, it happened to me a few days ago. 😅Well the people on the floor will semi care, but it just ain't enough so they have no power to protect you too.

Staff are a great group of people to work with

MBS is a wonderful place to work, From the my very first day on t he job I was made to fell a part of the group , from the Management to the people in the warehouse. I have never work anywhere, where I was made to feel like a part of the team. Awesome group of people to work with.

Do not recommend

They extend probation, or let you go for no reason before probation ends. Employees are like high school cliques who rat each other out. Its micro managed by the manager and only his way is right
