Being a Banquet Server I had a fun time get to meet other people , knowing all the different foods , and styles of serving from bussing tables to buffet style. We all worked together if someone was unaware for what to do we would lend a hand. I also learned how to carry the food try the proper way. I enjoyed all of the parts of the job.

The days were genarally long and busy. I learned that tact and diplomacy can go a long way. Management team are wonderful, very fair and supportive. Lots of personalities but that made for a very interesting experience! The hardest part of the job was the long hours coupled with lots of pressure. The most enjoyable component of the job was taking part in the weddings etc...
