Loved working here for the 6 years that I was there. Very easy going staff and I was always encouraged to learn as much as I could.
Always had help from available staff when restaurant was busy.

- Making sure bar fridges are fully stocked, receive and account for beer delivery
- Ensure employees are offering exceptional customer service
- Make sure customers are happy with the service and products
- Delegate duties
- Assist other managers
- Motivate employees
- Handle cash and end of day checking
- Manage store cleanliness and organization
- Resolving customer complaints and issues
- Accounting for inventory

Fun Serving the Guests

Being a Banquet Server I had a fun time get to meet other people , knowing all the different foods , and styles of serving from bussing tables to buffet style. We all worked together if someone was unaware for what to do we would lend a hand. I also learned how to carry the food try the proper way. I enjoyed all of the parts of the job.

Never a dull moment ~ Lots of interesting people

The days were genarally long and busy.
I learned that tact and diplomacy can go a long way.
Management team are wonderful, very fair and supportive.
Lots of personalities but that made for a very interesting experience!
The hardest part of the job was the long hours coupled with lots of pressure.
The most enjoyable component of the job was taking part in the weddings etc...
