The Logit Group
The Logit Group Employee Review
Boring but easy job
Telephone Interviewer (Current Employee) - Remote - 2 June 2022
It's a boring job but easy. Recommend it if you want to work part-time and you really do need money. It's better than working at restaurants with minimum wage. There is no incentives for those who want to stay in this company. Right now, I do hate it.

Not a good job
Telephone Interviewer (Former Employee) - Remote - 12 August 2022
If you work here, you will spend over 5 hours a day talking, usually saying the same little paragraph. Also, they don’t upload schedules in advance, you get 2 days notice. Management is so bad. You follow the rules and they change them WITHOUT telling you, then you get in trouble for not knowing. There’s a handful that are ok, they stay on their projects, make group chats and do their best to communicate. But most don’t. They honestly make the job worse. You already get yelled or cursed at and sometimes even threatened by the people you call, but the way managers add to it makes it unbearable. If you need money, do what you have to but get out as soon as you’ve got what you need.

Good if you don't care about harsh words from others
Telephone Interviewer (Former Employee) - Ontario - 2 May 2022
It's a good opportunity if you are looking to work from home. It pays well and hours are available. You have to speak a lot and hear a lot of people calling you a scammer. Sometimes you have to take surveys that are 30 minutes long but are not allowed to tell that beforehand to the respondents.

It's an "ok job", sometimes very boring
Telephone Interviewer (Current Employee) - London, ON - 8 April 2022
You sit there waiting to connect to calls and read from a script to perform surveys. It sometimes gets very boring and frustrating, but it's relatively an easy job. Ideal for students.
