Registered Nurse in Toronto, ON

Fast Paced but can be stressful
Very fast paced and demanding work environment, very challenging and keeps you on your toes. Can be stressful, i.e. caring for sick patient while also comforting/educating/reassuring their parents. Parents are obviously very anxious so this is challenging and psychologically stressful to the nurses. Must be very good at time management and attention to detail.

Enriching Working Environment
They have a lot of interactive educational events for staff through the year, overall a very supportive learning environment. However, the disadvantage of working here is I found as a lab tech , there are a lot of over-time hours , that you're not compensated for.
Medical Technologist in Toronto, ON

Non-friendly and stressful environment.
Didn't like the environment. Stressful, not paid well. But colleagues were great, but internal problem were there without any help from the supervisor.
