its ok
nice colleagues to work with. the flexible work policy is great, i work from home most days and only work onsite about once a week. personally i don't think this job is for me, but otherwise it's a pretty good place to work

No work life balance
There is no worklife balance as they preach. You spend daily 10-12 hours and even working on weekends. Micromanagement and very low compensation and benefits.

Toxic
It is very fulfilling to work on projects at SickKids as you can see the impact SickKids Hospital plays in the life of sick kids and their families. We get to work with very learned doctors. However the work culture at SickKids is toxic. People are in the leadership position because of their tenure not because they are leaders.

It is generally a fast-paced environment. The patients are complex and require diligent and cautious care. The management team is supportive of nursing staff and listen to their concerns.
