What would you suggest The Home Depot management do to prevent others from leaving?Asked 17 March 2017
As you are making amazing profits start having actual staff in the departments and give the stores more hours to hand out. You want us to deliver amazing customer service and then have departments understaffed so we are running around like mad, unable to give customers time they deserve.Answered 23 September 2020
Do a little bank ground check. and have a look at their reviews. goninto the store and have a look around talk to the staff.Answered 23 March 2019
It all depends on the season and what departments you are trained for. If you're working in the summer or covering for other employees that are going on vacation, expect to get maximum hours every week. If it's the winter and/or you don't have much cross-department training, don't expect to get many hours at all.Answered 3 October 2020
Put on your ppe, clock in, get on your cash, ring in customers, call departments for prices because they're never on the items but also nobody is in their department and now you have a lineup so your manager comes over to yell at you and now the customer's yelling and now i'm yelling. And you go home and cry.Answered 14 August 2018
