P/T Associate can be a good job, depends on the store.
As a P/T from 4 - 8 hour shifts, totally random times and days. You can block off time but if you block off too much you get no hours.
Training and induction can be done well, depends on the store.
Management and workplace culture is different at both the stores I've worked in, some good, some not so much.
There's a lot to learn in terms of the HD - more ... systems, processes, products etc.
