When I joined this company I felt the pay was a bit low, however there are so many other forms of pay like overtime, shift premium , bonus and more which made my package a real good one! Once you are here that's it, you dont need to look elsewhere as there are no unreasonable layoffs very happy to work here. Would recommend friends and family and anyone else looking for a job!

Great people...Great culture!

Amazing people...feels home away from home! I worked there for quite sometime, never had any issues with the management or co-workers. I wish I could go back. I loved my work. They provide lots of incentives and other forms of pay other than the base salary. Amazing benefits.

Production Worker (Former Employee) - Guelph, ON - 7 June 2021

Part of a mass layoff after they over hired while the government was subsidizing wages. Getting rid of longer term employees to keep lower paid lower skilled imported labour. No health and safety. Management knows little about employee motivation, relationships, or creating a positive work environment. Coworkers and help staff are ok although mostly miserable. Turnover is high. If you are currently employed, don’t leave your job for this place as most of their appeal turns out to be smoke and mirrors. A safe landing spot for people fired from linamar or new Canadians looking to get their PR cards.
