great benefits!
When I joined this company I felt the pay was a bit low, however there are so many other forms of pay like overtime, shift premium , bonus and more which made my package a real good one! Once you are here that's it, you dont need to look elsewhere as there are no unreasonable layoffs very happy to work here. Would recommend friends and family and anyone else looking for a job!

Fast paced job with good teamwork between management and floor
Significant improvements in the plant as new management has taken over in last 8 months Plant is clean and bright. Work is consistent with any other manufacturing environment.Plant promotes from within whenever possible

Company failed
I was promised there work would be no layoffs for new hiring for next year. Now I am made to take the layoff after few months only. I am good employee and work the overtime always and still take the layoff. I will be looking for new job with best salary and managers. The facility is never good always bad time and bad production.

Nothing to write home about.
At best this was a below average place to work based on my previous experiences. Wages were nothing special but benefits were good. Work environment was loud, stressful, and unorganized. The employee interactions on the floor were pleasant even tho most people are frustrated and miserable. Middle management (supervisors, leads) were good. Upper management struggled to interact with shop employees and don’t really understand the daily struggles they have. Praise and appreciation was rarely given at this level and came across as forced, patronizing, and insincere when it was. The company has a real difficult time hiring talent, developing talent, and retaining talent.

Only did one shift lol
The place was so bad I only managed to do one shift. The place is very dirty inside, one of the dirtiest I've seen in factories in Guelph. The management is so disorganized it's not funny. There's only a certain ethnicity that dominate here because management and owners are also from the same country...but even then the regular workers are treated like nothing. Some of the old workers, whom I knew already, filled me in on how bad this place has gotten and how badly the new management screws over the loyal workers. Stay away from this place.
