If working a fast paced, detail oriented establishment, you have come to the right place. The Hazelton has definitely become like a second family to me.

fun workplace

Build up skills, higher level of receptionist role than other similar environments. Great people who work in all departments and support within the role.

Fun and challenging at the same time.

World class guests, you learn top notch customer service. Very busy during TIFF, great employee corporation between departments. It was a great learning experience for me.

overall experience was poor

Terrible experience with a manager who was not qualified for her job. She slept in a treatment room during her shift and get caught by me. HR department did not take proper action for that situation. I was hired as part-time and ended up with an on-call employee. Hazelton Hotel made my life measurable and make me change my profession.
