The place is a money cash cow
Nurse Practitioner (Former Employee) - Penticton, BC - 8 December 2016
The management are not personable. They are there for money.
Care aides are over worked, paid low,
Staff are hard to keep, so if your abusive, bully, or perverted you won't loose your job, they keep these staff working.
There are a lot of cutbacks, but mainly toward the residents, food has gotten poor, or lack of.
Honestly if you end up with a good team member you will be OK.
If management can show staff they care, the place would be wonderful.
Management needs to get rid of the perverted, rude, abusive staff.
Pros
Easy to get hired
Cons
Poor management, low pay
