The Hamlets has been providing residential care throughout British Columbia and Alberta since 1989. The Hamlets at Duncan is our newest location, opening in September 2020. We will have over 100 team members across all disciplines caring for and providing services to over 140 residents in long-term care and assisted living.

It is a good place to work

It's a good place to work and you are payed well for your time. The benefits are good but people do call in a lot. It is hard to do some of the shifts as they may not fit into your life. The graveyards can be tough

Aweful management

If the employers does not care about staff how can they care about your loved ones in this facility. Warm and Inviting

The work is fast paced, but very efficient and cohesive. Staff feels like 1 big family , filling needs they see that are within thier scope of practice. There is always somebody willing to slow down and help or explain to a new team member how to accurately and efficiently complete any of the many meaningful tasks given in a day. Love my work family! Management truly do care about you!

I absolutely love working at the Hamlets @ Duncan! The management team are amazing! They step in & assist where & when needed. They truly do care about YOU as an employee. I did not experience this at my previous employer i was with for 9 yrs!!! You Rock "Hamlets@ Duncan"
