What is the best part of working at the company?Flexible hours Work from home On-site office work What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Helping the call Center while walk ins arrive at the office. Short staff What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Toxic. Very stressful. Lay offs are threating our department for over a year now What is a typical day like for you at the company?Rushing to the office and having to be in the call queue while driving into work. Line ups waiting at the office when arrived.

Really fun place to work

Too bad covid became a thing because working inside the Spec office was awesome. So fun around Halloween and Christmas. Awesome staff parties/lunches.

Fast pace but productive work environment

First thing was always a group meeting to set out tasks for the day. Through out the day there were check in time to review progress. While working on the floor we tried to have an upbeat attitude and work as a team. The hardest part of the job was to complete all tasks before print time.
