I actually finished my HCA curriculum here and hired right after. The environment is wonderful but does have it's bad apples. I'll start with negatives then positives. I personally loved the job, the residents were a joy to assist and the fulfilling work was worth so much. I recommend those who are interested in Health care to start as a HCA, you learn - more...
