Organized with good, resposible hard working employees
Technical Service Representative / Driver (Current Employee) – Mississauga, ON – 9 July 2018
A typical day at work consists of taking on assignments, delivering and setting up shows. Dealing with clients and providing great customer service. Driving in the downtown core of Toronto and the GTA and out of town.
Colleagues are generally great to work with
Odd working hours that interferes with personal time
Technical Services Manager (Former Employee) – Ottawa, ON – 9 January 2018
There are many roles at freeman - mine was customer service and sales. The position taught me to be customer focused and how to troubleshoot problems. In my particular branch the managers were great, but stretched too thin and could not focus on individuals as much as they should. Long hours are to be expected working here!
Great place to learn and to work. You are exposed to training at least twice in a year which helps a great deal. Staff are generally happy with compensations and commissions and the general job security. Salary is on the average and can be reviewed further to help their ratings.
Technical Services Representative (Current Employee) – Ottawa, ON – 8 February 2017
Decent pay, benefits and wages, advancement opportunities, unionized environment so layoffs happen seasonally. Managers are fair and impartial, but layoffs happen seasonally. Also reduced hours on a seasonal basis. Sometimes difficult to make ends meet.
fun place to work. lots to do and great people to work with.

get to the room find out how it's being setup. then proceed to follow the plan that was provided or create one in my head and execute it. it's always fun and challenging. hardest part is the trouble shooting of things that don't work. but its always a learning experience.
