Store manager (Former Employee) - Southwestern Ontario - 6 November 2015
Good luck - thrown to the wolves. Didn't receive any actual training for 5months and was in a management position, the 'training' I did receive was bra bitter staff member who treated me poorly from day one not that upper management cared. Left to figure out all the crazy report sending schedule to yourself.
Upper management is never happy with your performance, it's just not good enough. Not even bring the store to having the best sales it had ever had at that location. Never celebrated either! *stay away*
Pros
Decent skincare
Cons
Overworked under paid and never celebrated.

Train yourself because if you become involved in store management, no one above you has a clue what it takes to run a store. Brutal marketing.
store Manager (Former Employee) - Alberta - 17 October 2015
Major stock issues, very ugly uniforms, no support from Head Office. This company used to be Fruits and Passion and the snotty people @ HQ still think it is. All their paperwork still has Fruits and Passion on it.
So many great store Managers have left the business due to stock issues and zero support. No room for career advancement and they lay it on thick during the interview process and promise a "fast track" to greater things.
Pros
Great product discount.
Cons
Long wait for benefits. No training so teach yourself.
