TCC has a great safety orientated work day. every day shift starts with a tailgate meeting and pre job walk around with entire crew FLRA's are completed with each task and crew members work together,

knowledge of all the equipment during drilling process.Working as a team member and sometime solo on any equipment like CAT machinery etc.on a hard weather environment.
