Our response to COVID-19:

As an essential service, we’re doing our part to help stop the spread of COVID-19. At the beginning of the pandemic we took steps to keep our people and our communities healthy and safe, shifting our employees, advisors and client-facing staff to work remotely. We mobilized our entire co-operative to continue meeting the fast-evolving needs of the people we serve, while protecting and preparing our clients for the future. At this time we continue to follow the directions of Health Canada as we carefully roll out a phased return to corporate and advisor offices across the country and work to ensure the health and safety of our employees, job applicants, clients and communities.

Currently, we’re conducting remote interviews and have some important tips to share so that your candidate experience is positive and enjoyable. If you’ve applied for a posted role, a Recruiter we will be in touch with an update.

Thank you for your patience and stay safe!

It has been the worst professional experience of my life. I strongly advise avoiding the claims department, as it is extremely incompetent. What's even more concerning is the company's disregard for t...

Work-life balance is great, pay is not
High work loads due to retention troubles and employees changing positions internally. Work-life balance and culture is good. Inclusive and diverse company who prides themself on equality. Pay appears to be below market average compared to other insurers. Benefits are good.
