Unpredictable work environment

I enjoyed the coworkers I had at zoo. However, management could be unpredictable, volatile, and difficult to converse with. The hours we’re flexible for students but shifts could be long and tiring.

Connecting, inspiring, engaging

Flexible work place with many accommodations for those in need. Great for students as the busy and slow seasons align with school. Zoo lights provides extra opportunities for hours, and leadership is positive!

Poor Management, no feedback, lack of training, huge turnover, lack of effective communication, awful management of Human resources a lot of physical work, extensive shifts, and low pay. good enough for a summer or a first job but there is no support for career development or growth.

Awesome place to work at especially if you’re a student as hours are flexible. Pay is good and there’s room to grow within the organization. Working concessions is an ideal job if you’re a student. Everyone is very nice too.
