Reviews about Pay & benefits for Sales Representative at The Brick
A Good Step 1
SALES (Current Employee) – Kamloops, BC – 2 September 2019
This job was great at helping me get on my feet, learn several new skill sets and challenge me to develop as a person. However it did not allow me to advance without relocating, the advertised earning potential was exaggerated. The benefits were good, but corporate policies tie your hands in many situations. Unethical and dishonesty is allowed to damage client relationships and brand image. There is a large lack of accountability.
Appliance and Electronic Sales (Former Employee) – Calgary, AB – 17 November 2018
a typical day starts early, expect to work weekends (that's when the customers are in store) management have lots of tools to help you become more successful. once you get established the job becomes much easier
Sales Representative (Current Employee) – Airdrie, AB – 23 August 2018
This place can be extremely rewarding if you are a favorite, however, if you are not you will be bounced around from corner to corner. This is too much stress to make enough money to provide for yourself, let alone your family. Throughout my time that I was there I never had the same manager for more than 3 months, as people seem to fly through this company.
Odd requirements, too much stress with not enough reward.
