For people who work full-time schedules are 40 hours a week. For part-time people the hours vary according to your availability. The schedules are specific to the retail industry.
During covid they are very short staffed across the country and if you want hours are there but don't expect to have too much of a social life and during special events they want you in and you sacrifice days off

After quite a few years, even I don't have an answer to that question. CSR schedules are done monthly, and then will change multiple times. If you're wanting a set schedule, this isn't the job for you - you might not know it yet, but you're expected to eat, breathe and sleep The Brick after being hired.

You are not aloud to have a life while you work for The Brick. But you can make good money
