I can't say it was a bad or good company to work for. It was very neutral and repetitive. The hours were great, The people I worked with were amazing. There was really no room for growth unfortunately. but a decent job to go to, to make sure bills were paid.

Most managers quit after 24 months, the site director has no formal education and everyone is afraid all the time. If you work here, you probably made some regrettable life decisions.

Steady hours, standard pay, incentives. Great team environment. Management is always friendly. Was promoted to the Hamilton Exchange team within 6 months of working there.
